The card does not carry an annual percentage rate. There is no application fee or minimum amount required to secure the card. The issuer offers one free ATM withdrawl per Transaction Cycle and $1.95 ATM fee thereafter. Bill pay services are also available for a small fee that will be determined by the retailer.
