No annual percentage rate or cash advance fees apply. There is no activation or annual fee. Members will be charged a monthly $5.95 fee - however, they will be exempt from this charge if they make 30 purchases every month or load $1,000 to their card on a monthly basis. Cardholders will also be charged a $4.95 inactivity maintenance fee for every month they do not use their card.

Rewards and Benefits

Cardholders can use the prepaid product at any venue that accepts MasterCards. Network ATMs also allow members to withdraw funds at no additional charge. In addition to limited fees, the card offers free bill pay, direct deposit, customer service, paper statements, inquiries and cancellations. Members will also get a $10 rebate for using direct deposit to upload more funds onto their card. Users can also purchase a GreenDot MoneyPak Universal Reload package at a number of retailers including Rite Aid, Walgreens and CVS.
