This is a debit card, so no annual percentage rate applies. There are no activation fees for this card. The monthly maintenance fee is $2.99. But if you load a minimum of $500 per month, you only pay a $0.99 monthly maintenance fee. Like many other prepaid debit cards, there are fees for ATM withdrawals, phone inquiries to a live agent, ATM balance inquiries, and more. Read the cardholder agreement carefully so you're aware of all the fees.
